STEP 4: Closing Your New Loan
After you’re approved for your new loan, you’ll attend a “closing” where you’ll review and sign final loan and escrow documents. Once you have completed the signing process, the funds will be disbursed to the title company who will file the transfer of title in your name with the county recorder.
